Capitol Visit Through the Lens



Girls State citizens gaze at the interior architecture of the Capitol that represents the hopes and aspirations of Nebraska.


Girls State citizens observe the elaborate ceiling of the Capitol, located on the 14th floor. 


Girls State citizens look onward at the interior of the Capitol Building, whose extending flatness was designed based on the Nebraska landscape. 


Making new friends is a huge part of Girls State. Tehya Eckhoff of McKinley and Sami Schmid of Wilson are taking time at the Capitol to capture the memory of making new friends.
